Each year the Oregon Boy Scouts Troop 50 hold a salmon dinner, air freighting salmon fresh from the west coast, grilling it over alder wood also from the west coast.
It is a refreshing change from the pancake dinners and we would like to encourage people to attend it each year in the beginning of November.
The Boy Scouts encourage the development of values in these young men and helps develop strong leadership skills that not only help them later in life, but help our society as well.
